Project Management
For any office relocation project we first assess your requirements and agree the parameters. We then provide you with a comprehensive site survey outlining all aspects of the move and a detailed project plan. The quote is provided ensuring it meets your budget.
There will be an ongoing management process throughout the move which will be carried out by a dedicated project manager. The project manager is there from start to final completion of the move and will co-ordinate each phase of work, oversee schedules, quality of work and be a personal point of call who will keep you updated at all times.
Training of staff is also an important issue when a move is carried out. Appropriate training is provided to staff to ensure all preparation and necessary information is made available.
All moves are implemented and executed by experienced and well trained staff so you can rest assured your office relocation is carried out professionally. A Follow-up is arranged on completion to check everything is working satisfactory
